Frequently Asked Questions

You can register Russian limited liability companies (OOO) and individual entrepreneurs (IP) on Bitbanker.

Step 1: Create an account on Bitbanker. Check the guide to learn how to register on Bitbanker.

Step 2: Complete the KYC verification process.

Step 3: After completing the verification process go to the Profile section and click “Add a Company”.

Step 4: Enter the company’s Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) and click “Continue”.

The system will automatically retrieve the remaining details from an external source.

If the full name provided during verification does not match the director's name in the registry, the system will notify you.

If you made a mistake while entering the taxpayer identification number, click “Edit INN”.

If the taxpayer identification number is correct but you still receive a notification, please contact our support team through the website.

Once the full name provided during verification matches the director's name, a green checkmark will appear.

Review the details you’ve entered.

Step 5: Enter the company’s email address and its shortened name.

The company email will be included in all operation logs, and notifications and receipts will be sent to this address.

The shortened company name will be used in the personal account where displaying the full name is not possible (e.g., in the account header).

Click “Register”.

All set! Your company has been successfully registered.

To switch between your personal and corporate accounts on desktop, click the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.

On mobile, tap the profile icon, then open the menu at the top of the screen.
