Cashless withdrawal to a bank account
To withdraw RUBR from your Bitbanker balance to your bank account:
Click ”Withdraw” or “Cashless withdrawal”.
Select RUBR as the currency to withdraw from your account.
Select “Bank transfer” as the withdrawal method.
Enter the withdrawal amount and review the fee. The “Repayment amount” field will display the final sum that will be credited to your bank account.
Please check the current fees in your account.
Fill in the details.
Select an existing template with the account details or create a new one. To do so, click “Create new” and fill in all fields.
Click “Create new operation”.
Done! You’ve created a non-cash withdrawal request. The funds will be credited to your bank account within one business day.
What to do if the payment is not credited within 24 hours:
Wait for a response from the operator and follow their instructions.
Please note that requests are processed on business days only. If you submit a request on Friday, the funds will reach your bank account on Monday.
You can cancel a non-cash withdrawal request in your transaction history while it’s in the “Pending” status. To do this, click the status and then select “Delete”.
